This policy confirms that Public Content is openly available on BASAibu Wiki platforms, yet its copyright remains with the user. By contributing, users grant BASAibu Wiki a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, adapt, and sub-license the content for mission-supporting revenue and non-commercial activities. Critically, BASAibu Wiki safeguards user privacy by strictly prohibiting the licensing of private data and imposing enforceable limits on licensees against misuse, profiling, surveillance, or any unethical exploitation of the data.
Policy on Protection of Personal Data
BASAibu Wiki is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and ensuring that any information collected, stored, used or otherwise processed by BASAibu Wiki is done so in accordance with Indonesia’s regulation and recognized international practices and standards. This Policy applies to Personal Data processed by BASAibu Wiki. It applies to all staff members of BASAibu Wiki, consultants, contractors, interns, volunteers, secondees, or other BASAibu Wiki. stakeholders, regardless of location, to the extent that they are Controlling or Processing Personal Data under the name of BASAibu Wiki. as a Data Controller or Data Processor with respect to Personal Data relating to Data Subjects.

We are committed to actively helping prevent human trafficking. All employees are required to report any suspected instances of human trafficking to our board and senior management. We take immediate action to investigate and address any trafficking concerns in accordance with applicable laws.
